Cris Cannon is President and one of the principal owners of Premier Mentoring. He brings years of experience, knowledge and focus as he oversees the many growing departments of the company; including accounting, sales, coaching, IT, and customer service. He has the vision and ability to choose leaders that epitomize the highest standards in their field, to benefit both the customers and clients of Premier Mentoring. He sets the standard in the industry by his example.
He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Utah in 1997. Upon graduation, Cris continued to develop his skills of sales, sales training, business organization, and customer relations in another company until the inception of Premier Mentoring could be realized. His goal for the continued growth of the company is to see that the people who choose to be part of the Premier family, benefit from not only working for a great company, but also help them build value in themselves by working with people who instill the best values and principles of success available in the marketplace. He is a regular speaker at national seminars and is currently a member of YPO (Salt Lake Chapter).
Cris says, “I love this business because I see how our commitment to success has made a huge difference in the lives of those we teach. Our staff of motivated and determined professionals implant into those we teach the principles of financial success that will change how they think about life and how they attack each day.” This drive and focus is the rudder that steers the ship called Premier Mentoring. Under his determined leadership, the company has grown into a multi-million dollar business that offers many opportunities for education, employment and growth. He is a man who practices what he preaches and is an active real estate investor and entrepreneur.
He is married and the father of 4 children, and volunteers at his church, as well as in youth sports programs. He loves boating, working, football and being with his family. He is generous with the success he has experienced and contributes to his church and various charitable organizations including The American Indian Services. In a letter from the National Executive Director, he writes, “We are most grateful for the generous contribution in making it possible for these Native Americans to have an opportunity for a higher education.” This is another example of the high standards that Cris lives by.
