Jeff Spangler, Chairman
Jeff is our Chairman as well as one of the principal owners. As one of the original founders of Premier Mentoring, Jeff oversees the direction of this rapidly growing business.
His extensive background in sales and business management has given him the knowledge and integrity that he brings to our team. Prior to forming Premier Mentoring, Jeff worked in the coaching sales industry as an executive, a sales trainer and a team leader. His professionalism and quick wit have strengthened the relationships we’ve developed with our clients.
If you ask Jeff, the biggest accomplishment in his life thus far is convincing his wife to marry him! He’s a loving father and enjoys spending time with his wife and family skiing, traveling, and playing basketball and softball.
Cris Cannon, Chief Executive Officer
Cris is Premier Mentoring’s CEO and one of the principal owners. He leads many growing departments within the company including sales, coaching, IT, and customer service.
Cris received a B.A. from the University of Utah in 1997 and brings years of experience in sales training, business organization, and customer relations to the company. Under his determined leadership we’ve grown into a multi-million dollar business that offers many opportunities for education, employment and growth.
Cris is a regular speaker at national seminars and is currently a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is married and the father of 4 children, and volunteers his time coaching youth sports and working with charitable organizations. He loves being with his family, working, boating, and football—in that order.
Clint Gearheart, President
Clint brings over seventeen years of executive, operations, sales and marketing experience to the table utilizing a consultative approach to business growth and management.

Derrick Schutz, Chief Financial Officer
Derrick has been an Accountant for 20 years and has worked for Ancestry.com, Inc., one of the largest subscription based companies on the internet. Derrick was a Business Systems Analyst for Iomega, Inc. (a former Fortune 200 company). He helped bridge the gap between the information technology department and the $50 million dollar Oracle system and the Finance and Accounting department.
Derrick is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. He is certified in SQL and has a large knowledge of business software packages and CRM’s.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family, hiking in the beautiful Utah mountains, and attempting to go to more concerts than his wife lets him attend.
Greg McCluskey, Director of Coaching
Greg believes the solutions to our problems lie in the everyday hard working Americans not the people in ivory towers trading on the backs of American families who do the work. Greg wants to coach you on how to make a difference in your own life by making a difference investing in other people’s lives through real estate. Greg’s motto is; doing great, while doing good.
Greg lives in Mapleton, UT with his wife and 5 children (4girls). Greg coaches two elite soccer teams. He loves coaching, teaching, and building people up whether it is in business, life, real estate, or soccer. His greatest joy is watching his kids enjoy life and succeed in their own endeavors. Travel, skiing, sailing, and soccer, is how he enjoys his off time.
